What do I need to get in the event?
This is a 21+ event and we will be checking ID’s. No weapons or firearms (including open carry). You will need either a printed or mobile copy of your ticket as we will be scanning these at the entrance. Please screenshot your tickets before coming to the event as the service may be spotty! If you’re not able to find your ticket please send an email to connect@tribconnect.com. In the note please send the email address used to purchase tickets and we’ll resend to you.
What is the parking situation for the event?
VIP’s: Ride share is strongly suggested. Valet parking onsite is first come first serve. We expect to have enough complimentary valet parking to accommodate our VIP attendees, however it’s not guaranteed. Should onsite parking fill up we will have a sign at the entrance to La Caille. Our shuttles will run beginning at 2:30 from the parking lot of the Courtyard Marriott Cottonwood (7341 Canyon Centre Pkwy, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121). Shuttle service from La Caille will end at 10 pm.

Info for VIP’s
VIP tickets include 25 drink tickets, complimentary food samples around the event, access into the event 2 hours early (beginning at 3 pm). At check in, all VIP’s will be given a VIP Bag ticket. You can pick up your VIP bag at the PIT STOP that is in the middle of the venue at any time during the event. You will not want to forget your bag filled with VIP goodies. Both of our VIP food and wine pairings (3:30 and 5:30) will take place in the VIP Atrium by the upper pond. If you have RSVP’d for the 3:30 La Caille food and wine pairing, doors will open at 3:15 and we will begin promptly at 3:30. Immediately following the wine pairing, we are requesting you vacate the Atrium so we can have time to set up for the 5:30 pairing. Doors will open for the 5:30 Jarvis and Boars Head pairing at 5:15 and we will start at 5:30. VIP wine pairing add-ons were first come first serve and are both 100% at capacity. If you are not on the RSVP list we will not be able to accommodate you. There will be two VIP only areas, The VIP Atrium, will be open following the wine pairings at approximately 6:30. Right next to the atrium, also on the patio of the upper pond, we will have a VIP Only Lounge and bar that will be open throughout the event.

Info for General Admission Attendees
GA tickets include 20 drink tickets, complimentary food samples around the event, access into the event beginning at 5 pm until close at 9:30. All attendees have access to free shuttle service or valet (if available). No VIP upgrades at the door.

How do the drink tickets work?
Drink tickets can be used for sample sizes (1 oz) so that you can try more at the event! Full-sized drinks may be redeemed for more tickets. 25 tickets are included with VIP ticket purchase and 20 tickets are included with GA. Additional ticket purchases are available onsite at ticket booth.
Non alcoholic drinks do not cost any drink tickets. Sober tickets are available on our ticketing page.

What happens if there is bad weather?
The “R” word is not allowed to be uttered leading up to and at the event. However should there be inclimate weather the show will go on.
Is this event ADA accessible?
With this being an outdoor event at La Caille, we cannot make it all ADA accessible because of the terrain.
What vendors will be at the event?

Will there be food for people with dietary restrictions? (vegan, gluten free, etc.)
We cannot guarantee these will be available as each vendor has curated their own menu. Please ask at the booths if they have options to cater to your dietary restriction.
Silent Auction info:
The silent auction items will be showcased in the glass room during the event. All bidding will take place online at 32auctions.com/SCWD.

What is the dress code for the event?
There is not a strict dress code for this event. Dress as you would for a nice picnic. As this is an outdoor event, we suggest wearing shoes you would feel comfortable wearing on pavement, cobblestone, grass and uneven ground.
Who is on the entertainment lineup?
Chris Clouse, booked year round nationally and internationally as a DJ, as a live performer and many times both with his hybrid of live vocals, guitar, violin and djing.
Flamingo, a local jazz band who play Jazz & Blues inspired by New Orleans, Havana, and Miami. “The Flamboyance,” their debut album, was recorded live at Counterpoint Studios in Salt Lake City in 2022.
Dallas Fueston, based in Las Vegas is an international and national award-winning stage magician. He produced and performed as the infamous Joker villain, with over 6.8 million views on YouTube.
Kalama Brothers, brothers from Southern California, their talents go beyond their voices, as they play a variety of instruments to recreate cover songs that work with all ages.
Kenny Fong, famous Salt Lake local Saxophonist can be found playing local bars and with jazz band, Flamingo.
Live Painter, Lyssa Lynn Arts, also known as, @UtahWeddingPainter, will be painting live at the event. The painting will be auctioned off at the event as well.
Tarot Card Readers, which will be stationed at two locations at the event. This year we are doing it by time slots so people don’t have to wait in line. QR code to sign up for a time will be on a sign next to the Tarot Card Readers.
